Paul Coffey - Director (Principal)

Paul Coffey is an Instrument and Control Engineer with over thirty years technical, commercial and management experience in process design, infrastructure projects and materials handling in the government, manufacturing, mining and food industries.

His background is complimented by hands-on experience and allows Paul to provide innovative solutions to waste management and minimisation problems. Paul is one of Australia’s leading authorities on organic waste, green waste and biosolids processing and materials management.

Dr Patricia Chamberlain (Research Analystl)

Patricia has a doctorate from the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Newcastle and has worked with C4ES since 2000.

Patricia works with industry and governments at all levels to improve their environmental performance, particularly in relation to resource management and recovery.  This has included advice and research into currently available and emerging resource recovery technologies.  Patricia also assists companies and government to incorporate environmental performance indicators, such as greenhouse gas emissions and resource recovery, into their reporting frameworks.

Community consultation and education regarding recovery initiatives form part of her work, from which she has developed a keen understanding of the role of public support in the development of new methods of resource recovery.

She is the Secretary of the National Energy from Waste Division of the Waste Management Association of Australia (WMAA) and is also on the Steering Committee of WMAA’s National Carbon Committee.

Chris Graham - Technical Officer

Chris is primarily responsible for supporting C4ES clients in the organic recycling industry. He has an honours degree in Agricultural Science and has developed a detailed understanding of organic waste processing, technology, products and their applications through both national and international experience.

Chris’ technical skills, experience and knowledge of available technologies are a valuable contribution to the C4ES team.

Rashelle Haskins - Administration Manager

Rashelle has seven years experience as a secretary/receptionist in legal and industry and is responsible for the administration and accounts of C4ES.
